Reservation Policy
- All reservations made at Lodge Nabaneer are subject to availability and confirmation.
- We do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, we understand that plans may change. In the event of a cancellation, we offer the flexibility to reschedule your booking for a future date within the next three months, subject to availability.
- Rescheduled bookings must be made within three months from the original check-in date. Failure to rebook within this period will result in the forfeiture of your reservation and payment.

Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time is 11am. Early check-in may be accommodated based on availability.
- Check-out time is 10am. Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to additional charges and availability.
Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for providing accurate information during the reservation process.
- Guests must comply with Lodge Nabaneer’s policies and guidelines during their stay, including but not limited to noise regulations, smoking policies, and safety procedures.
- Guests are liable for any damages or losses incurred to the property during their stay.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
- Lodge Nabaneer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
